Hello! I'm Ash: a social entrepreneur, a weaver of communities, and a coach at heart.

My career is a mosaic, not a straight line. I've gone from journalism and indie radio to major-label marketing, and from bartending and farming to launching global advocacy movements. The thread through all of it: bringing people together, helping them see what they actually want, and getting them to a clear next step, whether that's a brand, a nonprofit, a community, or one person at a crossroads.

What I've built

• Co-founder of Brave Noise, a global beer collaboration for safer, more inclusive hospitality spaces that brought together 1,000+ partners around the world and raised $500K+ for social justice organizations.

• Founder of Women of the Bevolution, an advocacy platform creating pathways for women and nonbinary beverage professionals through grants, mentorship, and an emergency relief fund.

• Fundraiser and program builder who has helped raise $1M+ and built the grants, mentorship, and community programming behind it.

• Event producer and connector, from SoCal's first food truck festivals to fundraisers, corporate days of service, and brand collaborations.

• Coach and advisor, from advising artists and managers at Universal Music and BMG to coaching girls' basketball in Highland Park.

Causes I show up for: gender equity, food justice and fresh food access, regenerative agriculture, youth sports and arts in under-resourced communities, people experiencing homelessness, survivors of sexual abuse, people facing racial discrimination, reproductive rights, and climate action.
